The quote tool
To generate quotes, the form needs your gender, date of birth, self-rated health, tobacco use, desired coverage amount, and preferred term. We transmit these to the carriers' quoting engine to compute rates; this website doesn't retain them. Quotes require no name, address, phone, or email. If you run the same quote twice, we might serve a cached version to avoid hitting the quoting system redundantly.
Applying
Should you proceed to apply, your responses are carried forward to autofill a private application hosted on the carriers' platform, where their privacy rules take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages the applications on your behalf.
The contact form
Our contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method, a subject line, and your message. We deliver it to the agency's email inbox with your email as the return address. This website retains no archive of submissions, no backup of messages, and no record of what you wrote. Before you can send, a brief anti-spam verification runs in your browser.
Measurement
We track page views with a first-party system that doesn't use cookies, all served from this domain itself. No cookies or tracking tokens get saved on your device; we redact part of your IP address before storing it; we strip out the referral data from previous pages; visitor logs vanish after 90 days. If your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we skip measuring you entirely.
What we do not do
We don't sell your data, exchange it with marketers, plant ad-tracking pixels, or pull in third-party analytics software. The only outside script here is the carriers' application tool on the apply page, and it only runs if you visit that section.
